i've been interested in health care for awhile now and i've had great debates with intelligent people about what's wrong with the health care system and what we should do to fix it. at this point it's clear that there's not going to be a strict free market solution or a strict government solution but some mix of the two. it's really important that when we make decisions about a national healthcare system we are well informed. nothing has informed me better than this program i heard on npr. there are four commentators and i think they all believe in some form of modified universal health care, which surprised me, but they are articulate and knowledgeable. click on npr to see the article and listen to the segment.
